Famine

Famine

Famine

Barren breast in empty promise,
Proffered to distract not deceive,
Unlike the lens, the Judas kiss,
“Nature’s Way!”, would have you believe;
“God’s will!” in tabloid,
Charity to avoid
The truth, we continue to thieve.
